Tom Parramore

Chief Executive Officer

Meet Tom Parramore, our Chief Executive Officer.

Tom has worked in several roles in the Health & Social Care Sector over the past 35 years encompassing NHS, Private Equity and Charity organisations.

Tom gained a passion for working in care delivery in 1986, working as a volunteer in a care of the elderly setting which inspired him to go on and complete his nurse training, qualifying as a Registered General Nurse in 1990.

Once a qualified Nurse, Tom went on to work as a staff nurse in Intensive Care but was drawn back to his first love, elderly care; he left the NHS and progressed into a career within the independent care sector.

Tom worked his way up through the ranks over the years and has never lost his grass roots passion for quality care, which he believes is the fundamental principal behind everything we do in care.

Paula Waddington

Managing Director & Registered Manager

Meet Paula Waddington, our Managing Director & Registered Manager

Paula knew as soon as she started that this sector was for her. She worked for over 20 years with the LA and ended up as Project Manager for Leeds Community Service which delivered over 35,000 hours of care to vulnerable people in their own homes. Paula went on to set up her own business which was very successful in supporting people and helping them to live independently. Paula later went onto work with larger independent providers and latterly working within the residential sector.

Paula has overseen large geographical areas and multiple sites and has a strong belief that quality and people management need to be the priorities with any business.

Paula knows that “people work for people”. Get the right people in place and the business runs itself.

Luke Jarrett

Operations Director

Meet Luke Jarrett, our Regional Operation Manager. Luke has worked within the Health and Social Care sector for over 17 years, with involvement in both Community and Residential Care. Luke started his career as a Kitchen Assistant at the age of 16 within a care home before quickly progressing to a Senior Care Assistant.

Since then, Luke has worked his way up over the years to be a Manager and has held various roles hence gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience, before taking on roles within Procurement, Facilities and Business Systems Management. Luke is passionate about ensuring care is delivered to the highest quality, and ensuring that that quality is also followed through procurement and facilities maintenance.

Luke strongly believes the knowledge, skills and experience he has gained over the years should be shared with colleagues so they can develop their abilities and be empowered.
