SERVICE MANAGER

HOLLY GRAY
Mill Residence & Lingwell Rise
HOLLY GRAY
Holly Gray is the Service Manager for Mill Residence and Lingwell Rise, bringing a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for supporting others to her role. Prior to stepping into service management, Holly worked as a Waking Night Support Worker at Amethyst — a role she found both challenging and deeply rewarding, and one that laid a strong foundation for her leadership journey.
Holly thrives in her current position, embracing the daily challenges that come with it and taking great pride in the work carried out across her services. She is a strong advocate for Amethyst as an organisation, valuing the supportive culture and ethos that underpins everything the company does.
Academically, Holly is a Criminology graduate from Leeds Beckett University, with a keen interest in the criminal justice system and a deep passion for understanding the social and environmental factors that influence offending behaviour. She hopes to further explore this field in the future.
Before finding her calling in social care, Holly gained experience across a range of roles, including cleaning, bar work, and teaching assistance. It is her work with people, however, that has proven to be the most fulfilling — a sector she describes as highly rewarding, full of variety, and one where no two days are ever the same
