Springfield Court Tenants Enjoy a Day at the Zoo
Recently, two of our tenants, TR and JP, enjoyed a day out visiting the zoo—a trip that was more than just a fun outing. For TR, this was a major personal achievement. TR has often found it difficult to leave his flat, so the fact that he was able to step outside, explore new surroundings, and spend time with others is a remarkable step forward.
We’re thrilled to share a special moment from Springfield Court that truly celebrates progress, connection, and courage.
With the encouragement and support of his dedicated support worker, TR felt confident enough to take this big step. Joined by fellow tenant JP, the two spent quality time discovering animals, sharing laughs, and making memories—proving that progress is always possible with the right support and companionship.
It was heartwarming to see both tenants enjoying the experience together. Outings like this not only offer fresh air and stimulation but also help to build social connections and boost confidence in a safe and supportive way.
A big well done to TR for his bravery and to our team for making this meaningful experience possible. Here's to many more milestones!

Small Steps, Big Wins: TR Embraces Daily Exercise
At Springfield Court, we believe in celebrating every step forward—no matter how big or small. One of our tenants, TR, has recently made a positive change in his daily routine that we’re incredibly proud of.
With encouragement from his support team, TR has started incorporating regular exercise into his day-to-day life. One of the key ways he’s doing this is by choosing to carry his shopping bags up the stairs, rather than using the lift. It may seem like a simple action, but for TR, it’s a meaningful commitment to building strength, independence, and wellbeing.
Daily movement has a powerful impact—not only on physical health, but also on confidence and motivation. TR’s willingness to take on this challenge shows determination and a growing sense of self-belief.
We’re proud of TR for embracing this new routine and taking charge of his health. His efforts are a reminder that progress is built on consistent, everyday actions—and that with support and encouragement, anything is possible.

There’s always something inspiring happening at Springfield Court, and this week, we’re celebrating a moment of creativity and pride from one of our tenants, CA.
CA recently took part in a painting session at the centre, where she fully embraced the opportunity to express herself through art. She worked with focus and enthusiasm, creating a piece that she was truly proud of.
What made the moment even more special was seeing CA return with her painting in hand, eager to share it with staff. Her smile said it all—she was happy with her work and confident in showing others what she had created.
These moments of creativity are so important. They allow tenants to explore new skills, build self-esteem, and enjoy a sense of achievement. We’re so pleased to see CA enjoying the process and taking pride in her accomplishments.
Well done, CA—your artwork brightened everyone’s day!

Arm Forces Remembrance Day
As we reflect on the recent Arm Forces Remembrance Day, we're reminded of the sacrifices made by many and the impact these events have on the lives of those who served and their loved ones.

Our incredible tenant JP from Springfield Court, part of the Amethyst CSG family, had the unforgettable experience of cheering on his beloved Leeds United at Elland Road this past weekend. Thanks to the unwavering dedication and thoughtfulness of support worker Joanne, JP was able to secure tickets for the highly sought-after home game against Derby County.
